Magic is an art in the land of Nox practiced through spells used to remotely alter reality. To use magic, one has to learn mutually matching phonemes and gestures.
Phonemes
Phonemes are sounds produced to cast magic energies. These are eight phonemes: Ka, Un, In, Et, Cha, Ro, Zo, and Do.

Gestures are hand signs used to direct the flow of magic. There are also eight gestures:
